Vote windows at the end of a game

Hi all,
So i working on my release of dday, for now, I just try to create a good and complete release, easy to use for new player, without have to use text editor to add servers or change key binding.

I asked to dirk how he did to make vote on his server, and he answer to me by using q2admin. So I have waited to have time to look that correctly, and now I can launch a server with q2admin and vote enabled. (soo publish on my github)

So now, I have 2 problem
1st:
I have this in my server config

Code: Select all

set sv_maplist "dday2 inland3 invade1 soviet1 desert1 poldday1 itadday1"
But a the end of the game, the map do not pass to the next map. why ? I have to writte in my server console "gamemap invade2" to pass to the next map

2nd:
On dirk server, at the end of the game appear a windows with some map to choose for the next game. I don't have that on my server same with dirk's q2admin configuration. How to have this windows, for that i can add it in my next release ?

I believe you need to put a file called votemaps.txt in the dday folder with a list of all the maps you want to be votable like:
dday2
dday3
hill
etc.

then add
set mapvoting 1

to the server.cfg


And the server doesn't move to the next map unless someone is playing on the server.

there is a maximum of map that i can put in mapvote.txt ? or can i put in this file an infinity of maps ?

I'm pretty sure there isn't a limit, though it might screw up if you add like a million maybe.
