In earlier versions of Windows I could copy a file and the path and then paste it into a folder, thus building a file with textures to send with a map. But in Windows 7 I can't seem to cause this to happen. The only way I can see is copy the entire group of textures to a folder, then delete the unneeded, which is a lot more of a process.
Does anyone know how to copy a file with its path or folder structure and then paste it in Windows 7? And can you explain it to me. Right click with Copy as Path doesn't let me Paste.
Thanks
