Heres some more:
http://www.1rb.mav.net/text3.zip

I'm not sure about cow.wal, it was in a different folder, it might be wrong.

A lot of those are mapping mistakes that you wont find textures for, like these:
textures/cerisylf.wal
textures/cerisyup.wal
textures/night2bk.wal
textures/cerisyrt.wal
textures/cerisyft.wal
textures/cerisybk.wal

If you need help, start a thread. That way other people can learn from the information given. DON'T PM ME unless it's necessary.

Down to 43 now. I think I've removed all the mistakes from the list.

I've spoken to Rab,d and he says he'd send me the two of his sounds. So, that's really just 41 unaccounted for.

Edit: Turns out I missed the files for goldse.bsp in the list. Appended.

Apparently the script screwed up with the environments, so I'm missing some extra pcx envs, as well as the odd rt.tga.

we should both set up rsync to actually sync each other. I'd have to consult documentation.

Well if you figure it out count me in too (with two servers).

Also we should come up with a way for mappers to upload their maps to our servers, so we dont have to download and mirror them ourselves :p

Who should be the primary rsync server? or will they equally share?

my server appears to be down at the moment... it is not that stable. so i think i should not be ... but if its possible to set all 3 as main, then its cool. what ever one has the fastest download speed.

Rgr that, Ty. That would be a great tool for us. Beta testing is always hard to get going because of that loop.

Re: Missing files

Post by Night Rider » Fri Apr 06, 2012 9:20 pm

Dirk or Rab,d or Fafner does someone have these files from the past that Stormwolf was sending you guys to update all the textures? Most of the textures I am missing are on his list. This one bothers me the most textures/viervill/clayroofhedge.wal also all textures for the map zsonic I too have a big list but have not counted the ones I needed. I just been taking print scrn shots of the textures I am missing and view them in paint because there bmp files.
textures/sonic/brown.wal
textures/sonic/nazidev.wal
textures/sonic/playporn.wal
Dirk do you have this file http://texnofobix.net/~q2user/raw-ddayfiles/
Fafner from you http://www.ultrashare.de/f/5482/text.zip
and http://www.ultrashare.de/f/0693/moretext.zip
Also has anyone heard if Stormwolf is still around?
