Greetings nerds of lifetimes passed,

It is I, the Co-founder of the Most Hated clan
-Rambo-

It is with a high hop and a heavy flame that I report to you that the great BookerT has departed this server that we call earth.

After a lengthy battle with “power hungry admins” and frivolous “rules”, he died gloriously doing what he enjoyed to do.

I was honored to see him recently ranked amongst the top 15 players of all time. He was my best friend in life, and remains so in death. Without him, I never would have known the glory of destroying all of you in endless battles, both in and out of the servers.

I will have you know that before his passing, he was an IT tech and a coder here in Boston Massachusetts. He worked on servers used by NASA and the MA State Police, just to name a few. He continued his legacy of dancing on the line between lameness and greatness, occasionally tipping the scales to either side as he saw fit.

Upon some deep reflection on our lives and endeavors, it would be a great disservice to his legacy, our brotherhood, and anyone here who looked fondly or distastefully upon our antics to not give a final word to these forums on his behalf. We spent a sizeable chunk of our formative years here, with you all. In the end, at the very least I hope we all had some fun and some entertainment.

If Rabid or anyone else still has any demos, especially from our “Delta” or “nade jump” days, they would be much appreciated.

Yes we started playing this game in 2001 when we were 14, we played regularly up until our mid 20s. Booker remained active in game and on forums a lot longer than I did

Yes he was hilarious. Funniest person I ever knew irl. Part of the reason we were always getting banned was because we pushed the limits and crossed the lines in the name of entertainment.

I can hear his voice in my head saying this stuff. The funniest part of this is that my grandmother used to watch soap operas and referred to them as her “programs” and her “stories”. That’s why he said it like that. He used to sit in her den with her and watch general hospital and days of our lives and the golden girls and make small talk. It was beyond funny my mom and I still laugh reminiscing about it.

I bet they’re up in heaven right now watching their stories together
