People play on Dirk's every day. There were 10 people on there at once a couple days ago. Just play against the bots if it's empty and eventually more people join usually.

How do you trigger the bots? And what is the IP to Dirk's server?

The bots have to be set up for each map. There's a thread in the mapping forum for how to do that.
