New DDC website is open!

It's taken bloomin' ages but the site is finally ready for opening to everyone!

I couldn't face seeing the old DDC site broken, and I'm sure D-Day would also be broken without the DDC site. Thus it's been re-written completely in PHP and XHTML, which was great because I never knew PHP before I started working on the site!

The new site is at the old URL:

You should update the screenshots to reflect the SHAEF changes too... the models at least.
