Yeah, the internet archive has a wayback machine. As ridiculous as that sounds it's true. Unfortunately All you can do is view the board index, haven't yet been able to see posts.

There were other web addresses that forwarded to the dday site, such as dynamic gamespy. So you may find other things. I just went with the standard planetquake/dday address.

only thing that made me think there might be is i remember when i used to play (and use the old forum) someone once gave me a link to an archive of the older forum than that one, but thinking about it, i guess that would probably have just been something that that specific forum had kept a record of and used some of their space providing it as well

I do believe I know the one you're talking about now that you mention it. As it goes, I remember reading that old forum as well. And it was Corban who gave me the link, and it was actually from the same archive I sent you. The only difference is the old address for the forum had "IKONBOARD" in it. Other than that I don't remember the rest of the address .


BUT! you can go to http://www.29thdiv.com and get a hold of Corban or Chump. And if I know Corban like I know Corban, he'll remember the old ikonboard address. Also Chump is on ventrillo 24/7. You can get connected to their vent server right on the front page of the 29th site.
