"A bridge too far", and a 'Murrican film called "Beach red".

But you have to remember there is little fact in films, so just treat them as a film.

Bill Stokes never talked about the war - nor watched any film. He either went into other room, or turned the TV over.

It is definately the graphic card you have that causes lag - CPU lag, that is.

It is well worth investing a cheap nVidia geforce4 variant and disabling the onboard one.

BTW, I still love the Norwegian term for Hard-drives -> lagrings :)

I use K-Meleon as a browser, and one small bug (or annoyance) is that when you visit a new page, the URL in the address bar has focus - so if you use the mouse wheel to scroll the page, you don't... you scroll the URL address bar and suddenly end up on a different page. As you know (or don't ;) ), I can build debug code on Linux and when/if it crashes can run the resultant core dump with the GDB (Gnu Debugger) to find out exactly where the code crashes and why. This is what allowed SHAEF to produce a 100% solid code build on Linux (it doesn't crash). Is there anyb...

One thing that _really_ needs to be looked at is this problem where certain maps crash - myself and Gomp had the same problem with the GBR maps once. I have found a Quake2 CVAR that may help you Guys sort this (if you did not know this! ). After starting Quake2, and before joining server/starting a...

OK, when I registered I somehow became hidden from the on-line list.

I have just trawled the options in My Control Panel thing and cannot see where to remove it?

Am I going blind?

Just signing on.

Faf, yes good idea to move SHAEF development forum here - but keep the feedback ones on the other board.
